Michelle Hudson’s practice is focused in the areas of estate planning and trust administration. Michelle prepares comprehensive estate plans that are designed to minimize taxes while implementing the personal goals of clients for transmission of wealth.

Her experience includes the preparation of revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, wills and durable powers of attorney. Michelle’s trust and estate administration experience includes administration of large and complex trusts and estates, and preparation of federal estate tax and gift tax returns.

Michelle received her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she was a member of the California Law Review. She graduated with Highest Honors from U.C. Santa Barbara, where she received her B.A. in Political Science.
